Ok, are the transactions still messed up? (whats new?)

I was buying plants last night and didnt get one, it said the time had passed and was being returned to sim. I need to pay tiers and don't want to lose my money buying Lindens or paying tier.

NVM

Bah! They still messing up.

Don't do it, Ricardo. It's stale transaction hour.

From blog.secondlife.com:

From: someone
There are currently issues in-world related to transactions, teleports, logins, etc.. We are aware of these and are doing our best to address the issues. Please refrain from any transactions at this time, as possible.

We apologize for any inconveniences and please keep an eye on this blog for updates as they become available.

This has been happening every single day. All their "addressing" seems to be temporary fixes only!

Yep, take it offline fully for a couple of hours. I'll get the jitters, but if it means no more daily transaction issues, I can deal with the shakes by plotting a new shop layout.

I'm not gonna try to get in world right now. I love going shopping, or making things, but it's not worth the stress.

Yes, very frustrating. I especially love how it tells me I have not enough L$ when I'm buying a $0L item! lol

I guess people should look at the "online now" number before buying anything

If its over 50,000 don't buy.

Seems to be the safest way, sadly

Last couple of weeks the only time I have had to get into SL is a couple of hours at early morning. Unfortunately that just happens to be the "troubled hours" of SL.
So guess what? No SL for me for the last couple of weeks :(

But on a positive note I also haven't been able to spend stipend each week, so when I do get to log in I will be at least $1000L richer.

Five Hours!?!?!
04-02-2008 17:17
Five hours after this "problem" began (today), residents were FINALLY notified via an inworld announcement.

Of course, we weren't ACTUALLY told there was a problem of any kind. Below is the text of the gridewide notice we were sent.

From: Second Life @ 17:08
Information and updates about in world services can be found on the blog @ http://blog.secondlife.com Article: Various Issues

Seriously.. is there *ANYONE* at Linden Labs who MAYBE could take a moment to send out an announcement once every 30 minutes that says "transaction processing is having problems, please refrain from... blah blah blah"... Could they MAYBE use that little "MOTD" thing under the login scrollbar to let people "just logging in" know that all is not well?
