Oh, man! Not another update, not more downtime!!!

We still haven't gotten over the last few ones and now we're hit with another?

Prepare yourselfs for lots more problems in sl. Those of us who have been here long enough know exactly what linden's downtime to repair issues and updates really mean.

/me hates update days.. They're so confusing.

Are you complaining that they're not fixing things, that they are fixing things or both?

No tell us what that means? Okay I’ve only been doing this everyday for just 7 months but maybe its more like two steps forward one step back rather then one forward two back.
Now…having said that I’ll probably get home to either not be able to log on or be perma-ruthed or find the horrid grey goo or all my inventory gone missing or….ah never mind.

Do we honestly have to go thru this every week, It seems everytime I try to use secondlife they are fixing some problem, maybe if they stop adding stupid, good for nothing features we really dont need and get better people working that can work quick and efficiently , then we would never have to have downtimes, or better yet do it on off times not when most people want to use the system. This is crazy im sittign here looking at their updates and it seems they just dont have a clue what they are doing, the updates they give us are going up in half hour intervals. Geez people just tell us when your done we dont need these little information that dont help us feel better about your progress.

And when they don't do updates to the blog, people scream.

Personally, I think a little more detail would be nice but I'd rather have the "yeah, we're still working on it.." messages than nothing.

But people, remember, this is Wednesday.... the day in the week when you should expect down time. It's actually been very good the last few wednesdays with not much downtime... so this is just getting back to regular routine.

Nope its not excuse you woudl think after opening sl in 2003 that they would have some clue as to how to keep it up and running without having to inconvience so many residents, by shutting it down everytime they have a problem....come on people get it together, either fix it and fix it good and right or dont bother. I am paying high prices for a low clas system and it is really starting to get on my nerves. I mean it would be fine if they had a scheduled time every month or whatever but come on not every week...where is the competency, stp wasting time drinkign your coffee and do your job.

haha there is probably some kind of conspiracy going on, someone within is sabataging sl.
