 So..I've been waiting all day for my status to downgrade from premium to basic....so I can go back in and re-upgrade (I know I know....but I had a rough summer and it seemed like the right thing to do at the time) So....all day it's been telling me "downgrading to basic" and thus far it wont let me upgrade. Any ideas on the time it takes for this process? It's due to happen today 10/12....so I figued I could just change it back today.....but it seems to be lingering in the 'processing' phase.....  |

You might try calling billing and or filing a support ticket.

It will show "downgrading to basic" until the subscription runs out
so if your premium didn't run out until Oct 26th, on the 27th it would change to "Basic"
If i remember right, the last day of the subscription is inclusive.
