Basically what it sounds like...a bunch of skin designers displaying their wares all in one place.

skin fair = a few free skins ... but last year they weren't terrific free skins.

If the skin fair had a session or panel on whether there'll be new skins for windlight, and if there's anything other than really smart face lights that one can do to look better, I would SO be there!
