What do when completely paralyzed by a grief animation attack?

Some 'Wutwut Foggarty' owned some object that kept asking me over and over and over again if I wanted to let it animate me, no matter how many times I clicked 'no' it wouldn't go away. I couldn't type, I couldn't use the mute list because I would've had to enter his name (nice job removing the handy 'mute last person/object who said/did something' button LL!), and I'm sure that object is still waiting to paralyze me some more when I log back in.
I've been in SL for 4 years, and there's never been the capacity for such a fantastic grief before. This needs to be fixed before some a**hole gets the bright idea to.. well, I better not say, hopefully they aren't smart enough to connect the dots and take advantage of this.
edit: I logged back in and sure enough it's still waiting for me in my home, making it impossible to do anything. I tried logging in someplace else, but SL decided to make me wait 5 minutes before I could login. I'm sure at this hour there's hardly anybody on, but it likes to make me wait just for kicks. This is really ruining my morning.

This is a Grid Attack by the Patriotic Niggars, or someone claiming to be them. IT is effecting all the sims in the area of the Wall sim. I saw at least 6 other sims under attack. Bill Cosby cubes and particles with animation spammers and self-replicating prims.
A firend tried to use her 24/7 concierage support and got the "No Operater Availible" message (nice 24/7 suppor there, btw).
If anyone knows how to kick a Linden in the ass and get them to do thier damn job, it would be appreciated.
Good thing they took out Live Help so we can' report this, eh?

I'll never understand why people go through all this effort to cause these attacks. Are they that bored with their lives? It just floors me.

The same reason why people deface walls and destroy seats in public transport, I guess. Boredom and a certain urge to leave a mark ... even if it's just destructive. BTW, if anyone got stuck in that attack, relogging in another sim does get you out of that. When it hit me, I just relogged in one of the water sims like Sif and Quepple. The attack does not follow you there. No sweat. *shrugs*

It just hit Ess, Crooked, and the two neighboring sims to the south. I got in one AR with my main AV, logged off, and sent a second AR with an alt. I was trying to file an AR with a second alt when SL crashed.
This is why more people need to set an auto-return on their land!

These are people who are unable to get recognition any other way. If only they would put that creativity into something positive, they'd have their recognition. It's more pathetic than annoying.

There's not much creativity involved, the attacks are mind-numbingly repetitive.
I did get some deformed avatar pics out the deal last night.

I feel your pain, Stromko. Had a couple of these charming events myself over past few weeks. With the animation spam, you freeze, can't do a thing, and watch the sim crash around you, only to have it rinse and repeat on relog. Finally managed a report when I teleported to another sim by sheer luck, as was mentioned for cure. The helpful response I received from my report was to the effect of right click and target the object, to send a report. Eeesh. Sure would, if I wasn't frozen by animation spam and could target!
As to having autoreturn on, I do. Problem is, when bordering Governor Linden land, his often doesn't.
Definite solutions need to be implemented for this drivel, it's really quite out of hand, particularly on Mainland.

Just a thought - if possible, go to "busy" mode, that should stop the animation requests from coming in, shouldn't it?

Had the same from WutWut in the Passion Pit in Disl, where I work security. Unfortunately, WutWut Foggart is a fake name, as no such Avi exists. Normally, when we get griefed, I track down the culprit and "persuade" them of the error of their ways. I'd love to know the real SL name of this joker.

StromAmig0, some people really need to get a life, these script kiddies amongst them. Unfortunately, the only way I've found around it easily is to log, and teleport to a new region.

Someone needs to chase these kids out of the basement.
Is this really the same person again and again?

I was only able to escape it by logging off as well. The person who owned the objects wasn't in search so couldn't AR either. Sigh. Just easier to stay on my own land I suppose.

A marina I help out at had this last night, the landowner had just gone AFK as I noticed it happening, so I rang concierge and they came and dealt within 5 minutes. I am in the UK and ring them a lot and they have always been good and very fast. Handy tip for UK'ers: www.just-dial.comPhone the US for 2p a minute. I have never managed to get through to them via live chat, so always ring now.

That's because the Patriotic Nigras create multiple alts before a raid because they know their accounts are going to be banned. By the time you check for the griefer, often the account is already gone. This is also an indication that LL is working on the problem

That attack has been making the rounds. I successfully got rid of the source prim the other night, without land rights, and in a no script, no build zone. IM me inworld if you need me to help you out.
