Ok, really confused

Waiting for my tier to be charged,

But it has not gone through at all?

I am so confused... It is overdue now, and theres no way I can change it? My laptops busy so I am using a computer at the place I study at, and checking every day, is there a problem atm with tiers being charged or is it just not going through?

Are you saying they haven't charged the tier to your account? Or that they charged it, but didn't bill your credit card yet (so your balance is in the red)?

If the second one, you can try a few things:

1) Re-enter your payment info.

2) Buy $1 of lindens on the Lindex.

3) Add money directly to your account using the Increase Credit link on the account page.

Increase Credit has a minimum of $25 I think. If that is more than you owe, the rest will stay there as a positive balance to be used for future billing (like next month's tier).

No credit card is entered, they haven't billed it. And it says my tier is due on a date that has already passed

I know of someone else who is having this happen to them. Update your payment info asap to a credit card that works or you run the risk of having your account suspended.

Well its not saying theres money overdue, and its not charging me, it jsut says my tier was due a few days ago, and it says thats when my next tier payment is...

Also it hasnt attempted to charge me at all...

I updated credit card info yesterday.

I will wait till tomorrow.

Okay, this is just them being late on actually charging your tier. It would seem the process that handles that is running behind, much like the stipends have been recently.

Still, to be on the safe side, I think you should do a Live Chat with billing as soon as possible. Do you know how to do that? (I ask because Live Chat is rather difficult to find the first time. :) )

It's usually easiest to just try that before going through billing because there's a very real chance they won't get back to you before they suspend your account for non-payment.
