do monkeys answer the phones for us "blessed" people that pay alot for our service? Probably, not sure if it was a Linden but thats what i was told. just thought i would pass it along, normally i get my personal issues straightened out quickly with a call to concierge.
Based on my calls so far i'd say 3/4 of the time i do get a linden.
Hopefully this will get resolved soon enough and we can save the banana peels for another day <grins>

It has been weird the whole day for me. It worked well last night, but today I noticed skyhigh packet loss spikes every 5 sec, mostly over 100 %. And music streams were not working properly either...
I did all that I could at my end with reinstallation, router configuring and modem bashing...but nothing worked. Later I couldn't even search, TP nor offering TP's.
Well well...
