Hello We3us is making a new book,
this book will be full of wonderful pictures and I would like to know if it is interesting.
The book is not made yet and we are still working on a price but do you think its a good idea.

You mean about SL, or about Chinese Pottery during the Xia dynasty?

Assuming about SL, since this is a SL forum...

I say not worth it. SL changes too fast for a hardcopy guide or book to be of any real value.

In fairness to all who have responded, giving constructive feedback would be easier if we had any idea on what we are supposed to be giving feedback to begin with. I mean, a book full of pictures. Of what? What is the nature of this planned book? Who are its intended audience?

Well that's a fair point, Gabzo needs to expand as to where the pictures are coming from, they're Second Life pictures and not just random snapshots of other people's builds from what I was told. I warned about copyright issues and such like.

Here let me give a bit more info:
The book will be intended for pretty much anyone but mostly people who like art and music.
We are now going to have some interviews with singers and this month it will be Artel Brando. We have gotten permission from him to get an iterview and it will be done shortly.
If you want to see a rough example ask me Gabzo2 Avro for a LM and i will show you a basic not worked on much draft and soon (monday or so) we will get a better one. Contact me if you want to see it.
Also please if you dont want to be nice by saying nicely no and explain or yes and explain please don't post because what some of you are doing is verry mean and I wont expand

I voted 'maybe'.

If the book is about Second Life, with SL pictures, I don't think it would create a lot of interest. The whole nature of SL is online and PC based - the market for anything to do with SL in print, on paper, is probably very limited.
