Anyone else seeing creator name 'unknown' on items they've made?

I've noticed recently that some items I've made are showing the creator name as 'unknown' in the item properties. This happens with anything from shapes I've created from scratch, to items fully created by me, and to items created by me with others' creations included (such as legitimately-purchased poseballs, Linden-created flames etc).

The odd thing is, this doesn't happen on all items. I made two shapes in exactly the same manner (create > new shape) and edited them. One shows me as the creator, the other shows 'unknown'. Yet I created them within the same couple of hours, the same login session, and started them both from scratch. My partner has also experienced this with items he's created, so it isn't just me.

Is anyone else noticing this problem? Is it more widespread than just the two of us? As a content creator and vendor in Second Life, I'm somewhat concerned that my customers might think I'm trying to sell them dodgy items

I've seen that a few times, but it was always temporary. It might just be a weekend thing, the creator info is lagged getting to you. Unless it's been going on for a while, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it just yet.
