lost password

My friend has lost her password. She send for a lost pw and was sent to a page to get a new one.

One of two things are preventing her from getting a new one.

It wants the First names of several friends... One of the last names it is asking for ... she has two friends with that same last name.

Also, it wants her 'Home' region name. The place she thinks she had as home has changed it's name, and i am not able to located where it WAS, so i cant help her find the name.

Has she Lost her account for good?? She cant even sign in here to ask for help so she called me.
