trouble placing event...

hi..

i rent a store on someone elses land.. i am a member of a group there for the vendors which is owned by the owner... i thought this made it possible for me to place an event for this location..

it says on the create event page that u can post an event on land if u are a member of a group owned by the owner.. i am a member of the owners goup.. so why is the location not showing up in my list of locations?

can anyone explain this to me please?
if i am reaading it worng.. can someone please explain to me what has to be done for me to be able to place an event for this location?

Hmmm...

Try putting that location as your HOME in preferences (setting the teleport location). Then see if the location is listed in the events drop-down.

Does the plot have a set landing point? Is it 512 or bigger? If not, it will not show up for anyone.

it's ok.. i have found a way to work around this now... thanks for ur replies though :)
