Trouble with Latest Download

Hi,
This is the first time I have had trouble with a download.
Now I cannot walk or fly and lag is dreadful.
Is there any way I can reload the program that is prior to this latest one?
Please advise.

Hi Lynx ...

I've been on the new client since last night and have been fine. Have you tried all the usual stuff, like rebooting?

have nad no problems outside of SL being SL at times

1. Uninstall.
2. NOTE: If you've been keeping chat and IM logs, move them to a new directory first, so you don't lose them. Ditto for custom Windlight settings.
3. Redownload the SL viewer. Don't click "Run", click "Save". This is so that if you ever install another update, and you get this sort of problem, you will be able to go back to this version easily.
4. Reinstall, by running the .exe file you saved.
5. Before logging in, check Edit/Preferences. Your prefs may have been changed, and this could be affecting your performance.

If none of that works, you can find archived versions of previous viewers at an amazon webpage...don't have it handy at the moment, maybe someone else can post that.
