I'm new to SL. Only been around for 2 weeks or so.
Im interested in designing items to sell, mostly home decorations like rugs, flooring, wall art, and sculptural art. i am very familiar with photoshop., and other graphics programs.. What i am looking for is some sort of online tutorial/reference page that i could view to lear about how to create in-SL objects, as well as how to set up a shop to sell my wares. if anyone's got any helpful links that could get me started, i'd really apprecaite it.  |

In world building tutorial that is awesome: Ivory Tower Library of Primitives.. definitely worth a visit. Also check out some in-world classes. NCI has some great beginners classes on everything from Land Ownership, Business, Social Aspects to Content Creation and Scripting.

One quick suggestion - do NOT start selling until you've taken some time to look at what others in your field are doing and what their rates are. Otherwise you stand to lose money either in wasted tier or rent with nothing to show for it.
