I haven't been able to log in since Saturday night. I've put in two tickets and two live chats. They tell me to wait an hour, clear cache and then try to log in. It dosent' help.

Hey Alana, your profile shows that you are logged inworld. That would be the problem. System didn't log you out.

reply to the ticket that they need to restart the sim your avatar is in (if you remember where you were when you logged out that would help, otherwise hopefully they can track you do)
also sending an im to your stuck avatar sometimes helps, or dropping some L's on it
