I tried to enter today and my screen goes blury, then crashes, when the viewer tries to login me. Had to uninstall for try to fixe it in that way and asked me to upgrade to 1.23.5, then I tried to enter again and happens the same.
I would some help please.
Notes:
I'm not complaining, just letting you know I can't post a ticket because my account is not premium. To know this could help you to think in another posibility.
I'm using the viewer that SL provides.
Thank you in advance.

It's encouraging that you get the login screen. From that screen you could do Help / "About Second Life..." and copy the top section of that window here so we can get some idea what your configuration is like, which may give some hints about what could be going wrong.
You could also play with the graphics settings (Edit / Preferences / Graphics tab, perhaps starting with the "Low" setting (and running SL in a window, if it's not already set that way).
Also, uninstalling doesn't remove all the settings files unless you do that manually; exactly where to find those depends on the operating system, so it would help to have that configuration data, mentioned above, to be able to describe which folders to empty.

Having similar experiences with the new viewer and the Emerald viewer -- I did find the Hippo viewer to work -- go figure.

Yeah, I think that S3 graphics is the problem here; I'm surprised that manufacturer's chipset is working in any recent SL releases (and have no idea how far back one would have to go to get one that works).
Did this machine actually run SL recently? If so... well, you could try removing the settings folder (it gets reconstructed with defaults--including all the newbie warnings--the next time SL runs). On XP that folder will be found at C:\Documents and Settings\windows username\Application Data\SecondLife\avatarname. You can delete the whole folder (or maybe check inside if there are any chat logs or anything like that worth saving somewhere else).
I'm thinking, though, that the overall SL experience (actually, the overall computing experience) would be greatly enhanced by a different graphics card. (I realize this is an integrated graphics chipset, not a card, but not sure if this is in a laptop or desktop... it would be unfortunate if it's a laptop.)

yeah you beat me to it qie........i would have been surprised if the OP had actually been in SL prior to this with that set up. Looks to me like you said, that the graphics card is not compatible.

I have no ideas about the OPs hardware, I will leave that to the more techie people...
BUT I do think there is something in 1.23 that pushes machines MUCH harder graphically than the previous version. I have talked to several people that had a serious drop in performance when they had to upgrade to it. In my case I can't tell for certain if it was 1.23 or a dying graphics board. Or maybe it was 1.23 pushed a teetering graphics board into death? Who knows but there is something in it that is driving graphics MUCH harder than previous versions.

Boy Lane did some benchmarking and the 1.23 viewer is definitely one of the worst: http://my.opera.com/boylane/blog/2009/09/08/sl-on-netbooks

You might try logging into a different region. Sometimes that will work.
