How many prims does 3168 support? Can't get into SL right now due to move and eqpt isn't here and won't be for a while, but shopping for new house/furnishings and possiable small club so need to know...well, not NEED to know, want to know? I wish on the land pricing use fees grid it'd tell you how much prim count as well. Thank you in advance for teasing me about not knowing, and giving me the answer anyway!

My 1024 sqm supports 234 prims, so yours is a little more than 3 times the size - so it would support a little more than 702. So could be!

Ok, so I need to hope some neighbors are going to sell some if I want to get everything I want...which is a moronic statment...but if nothing else, I can wait for the boat.

1 sqm of SL land supports 0.228515625 prims times 3168=723.9375 prims

With 725 prims allowance at least a 1-prim sculpted chamber pot ought to fit in, wouldn't you think?

From: Slack Zapedzki You can buy any plot as long as it's in the same sim and that'll raise your prim allowance. ... with both parcels deeded to the same group, if you are using group land. That had me stumped in the beginning when I bought two parcels in the same region, put two parcels worth of prims on one of them (increased allowance), and then deeded one of them to a group. One minute later I had a s**tload of prims unceremoniously dumped into my inventory. In retrospect it's obvious, keeping in mind that a group as land owner is different from myself owning the land (even if assigned to the same group), but back then it came as a nasty surprise.

The best thing about owning a full sim is the 15000 prims that comes with it. As long as I don't break it down by US$ per prim...

I will attest to the fact that Raymond can be most generous with his very expensive prims He is such a doll. If you are looking for a place to rent check his sim out. You won't be sorry. Shameless plug, but he's worth it.

Standard lots have a prim allowance that can be computed by dividing the size of the plot into the size of the sim (65536 sqm) and accounting for the fact that a sim supports 15000 prims (permanent prims, not temporary).
Realize, though, that a sim owner may reapportion the prims such that actual lots that people would rent/buy may have a greater proportion allowed where empty (water, for example) regions would have proportionately less. I recently left a 2048 lot that was a "double prim" lot where I had 938 prims available (usually the count for a 4096 lot). But, about half of the sim was water and reserved for general community use.
But, as everyone else pointed out, if you have a "standard" lot, you've got around 725 prims to work with.
