When I talk on a tab to someone and then close out, I can come back 2 days later and the past conversation is on that tab...grey but still visible. How do I get rid of this? I have a conversation on there from one month ago!

Uncheck show end of previous chat session (or something to that effect) in the preferences, I think it's under communication or one of the general prefs.

I believe there's a check box on the Communication tab in Preferences for this.
