There are many such tip jars in SL, in fact some can be found at my store. Use the SLurl below or look up my profile and find a link in the classified section.

You mean like this : http://www.slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=293296The club where I work part time (Sensual Elements) has a system very similar to this. You click on the jar to log in. Tips are X% to you (100-X)% to the house (the tip jar owner). That seems to meet all your requirements, or am I missing something ?

I guess I perfer to see that DJs have their own tip jars. If I thought the house were taking a cut, I'd just pay the DJ directly instead of going through the jar. And yes, I also remember to tip the house separately.
But if it works for you and your staff, it's your business.

The NDE tip jar does that and lets you set up a notecard specifying the percentage to be split

Isn't it simple to make a tipjar by setting an object so that left click gives 'pay object'?

Try mine, used in SL's hottest clubs, guaranteed low lag, dancers and owners all like it. Only $750, copiable. Comes with a simple 1-prim jar, but you can put it in any object you like. Satisfaction guaranteed. If you need a generally useful feature it doesn't support, just ask -- chances are I'll add it no charge.

Nyterave has good tip jars, and nowhere near that expensive.
