Can someone explain to me why suddenly this week it takes up to two days to process a cash in from XStreet when previous, the cash in to Paypal was IMMEDIATE?? The cash in I processed Sunday is still sitting there Pending. Two days later. Sitting there.
I swear to God, when Linden Lab touches something, its like a reverse Midas Touch...everything they touch turns to crap.
Way to go Linden Lab, take something that was WORKING FINE and tear it all to hell.
This is the reason I left Lindex to begin with, when it started taking weeks instead of days to process a cash in.
And the most frustrating part of it is you can't do a bloody freaking thing about it.

I'm not really surprised to hear this. You could transfer your Lindens to Apez http://www.apez.biz... Although the rate is not as good, the Paypal payments are usually immediate.

Ceka, mine were immediate. Instant transfer to Paypal, and then two days for Paypal to route it to my checking account.
I guess those days are long gone when I could actually COUNT on when my deposit would be. I'm back to anyone's guess now.
I am SOOOOO glad Linden Lab bought Street. Now it can be a piece of shit like Lindex is.

Not always...

The last 2 cash-outs I did were immediately. My last one was 2 days ago (sunday) and took about a second to process.
Important though seems the message you get to see about mass-payments. When they send in total over 10K US$, it can be a lot slower. What I read from that, is that only the first 10K US$ per day is fast, the transaction after that are no longer mass payments, or at least a lot slower.

Then that makes me think something is wrong, Marcel. I got a Flash Notice thing that it could take up to 2 days to process, and like I griped before its still stting there. Of course it just gets better and better. I tried Support, and Linden Lab doesn't offer support to XStreet issues...no matter they now OWN it. And anyplace in XStreet you try to contact support, you're given the Linden Lab numbers or Live Chat option for help.
So, I guess the money is there indefinitely.
Goddamn.

Well, I may need to issue Linden Lab an apology. It may not be their fault; it may have been that my account was just up for review. We shall see.

From: PennyWhistle Cameron ...I am SOOOOO glad Linden Lab bought Street. Now it can be a piece of shit like Lindex is. That piece of sh*t won't be smelling up the place long. Soon it will be merged with the Lindex and we will have only one currency exchange, with its abysmally slow processing. (Why processing to your PayPal account should be so slow is beyond comprehension...it's only a transfer between YOUR PayPal account and LL's PayPal account) Forget about working the narrow spread between the exchanges, too. Let's see... LL buys SLExchange and OnRez. They simply shut down OnRez. They then thow away the SLex forums. They throw away the in world ATMs. They toss out the currency exchange. Then they muck up the classifieds system so you can't find even your own ads for real estate or services. Then they mess up the Marketplace so it's almost easier to shop in world. Eliminate links to merchants' external websites. Make it difficult or impossible to find Mature or Adult content ("To search for Mature or Adult content, log in to Second Life" So, my question is: If it was all just garbage you were gonna toss out, LL, why did you pay good money for it?

Your not alone in this lol The only times I have had problems with SLX cashouts was after Linden Lab bought them before... the YEARS I have used it before Linden Lab bought them worked like a charm.. now its not to relieable. Its not you its how the Lab does things once that other merchant site is up and running cash outs from there and support will be LOADS better!

From: Ceera Murakami So they could kill the competition? Yes, of course. But buying out the competition is the LEAST effective way to compete. Plus, it gives the worst possible outcome for the customers.

And when, given a choice of several ways to do things, have the Lindens ever chosen the best possible course? Their track record is just the opposite. If there is a clearly identifiable "worst way to do it", that will be their choice of action, and nothing will sway them from their determination to follow that course.

After having dealt with them for several years now, I have come to think that the Linden Lab office is manned by 15 year old boys.
