Well first off I can't login, getting the ole' classic "Despite our best efforts, something has gone wrong message". Cleared cache, blah blah and still, not even the alts cal log in.
Second, I have a question about (I'm sure someone else has done this a few times) where you go to position an object near the edge of a sim and accidently slide it too hard, sending it clear off the grid... problem is I have 1 or 2 objects (recently a Kiss poster) that have not been returned. I did so at about 740 meters, right in the square corner of a private island I live on. Wondering if I will ever see these items again?
Thanks for any help with either issue. Sharptan for President ya'll... I'm outtie.

I would respond but I'm sorry I don't speak five year old twit, grow up then ask if you want anything other than a one way trip to most people's ignore lists. Of course some people are nice enough to still respond but probably not many.

Ever thought of suggesting nicely? >.> To OP, I don't think the object return function on the grid has worked for a while. Ive been building and whether due to a random mouse jump or who knows what, I have lost all kinds of things off into the wild blue yonder never to get them back. I used to build in a sandbox and always got stuff back (I was experimenting with some scripts and stuff went crazy), lately...not so much. If you are lucky, you might get it back on a region restart or something, but if not...well LL might decide to dump hundreds of lost items into our inventories again in a few months.

Yes I agree with Alex about Gordon: what an unnecessary and rude posting. OP: I used to have people try to rezz stuff on a 'no-rezz-unless-you're-wearing-the-land-group's-badge' island. It would vanish from sight and accumulate at the 0,0,0 original of the sim in question. You could try looking there, perhaps. It's weird and wonderful down there: you can see 'under' the sim. Christi

From experience it doesn't work and people who feel the urge to talk like a baby all the time even when they're (presumably) much older don't have the intelligence to listen to reasoning why they shouldn't anyway.

In RL, adults who talk to each other in pseudo baby-talk are very irritating, but I can't get bothered up about 2 word title in a forum post!

/me sends gordon a cudly teddy bear to sulk with.
Sobe: have you tried looking at the other side of the sim, sometimes when you think you push something away from you you actualy pull it towards you and way behind you.
