I have been approached by someone to rent them land and they want to donate their tier (they are premium) to reduce rent.
I know others do this but i have never figured out how to tell who has donated tier to the group and who hasn't.
I'm sure there must be a way please enlighten me.

Click on the group in the Groups tab, then Info, then "Land and L$".

doesnt show me who has donated tier to the group only shows what i have donated and whats available and shows what land the group owns but not who has donated and how much they have donated to the group
