Anyone else unable to login today?

After changing my graphics prefs to set Terrain to High I started having problems so I reset it Low and relogged. On relog I was Ruthed and couldn't shift it. So I relogged to Pooley, but the same. Rebake / Character Test didn't seem to do anything, and my fly buttons stopped functioning (I was flying up or down and unable to stop or change direction).
Then I couldn't get in at all - I'm either hanging "Connecting to Region" or I'm getting "Login packet not received by login server ... "
This is true also of my alt which is a different user account with a different (much smaller) cache etc.
Quite a few friends have reported problems the last few days (though not this bad I don't think) so I'm not immediately thiinking its just me. But there is nothing on the Blog.
So... anyone else unable to login?

I thought you knew there are only so many available slots and if you cannot login, a bot must have taken your slot.

Can't hurt to turn off the computer, router, modem, etc. for a minutes and restart them.
I've not had any trouble logging in. I'll log in an alt and see...
Two accounts logged in.
Three. Working for me.

I had problems when I was logging in with the new Windlight viewer but no hassles when I came back from my photo shoot ...
That packet never received and the dreaded region handshake seems to be some sort of throttle and/or ghosting. Rebooting the router works but so does simply leaving the PC for 15 minutes and then logging in is normal.
