How do I get the region downloaded with the history? It has a column for it in the spreadsheet but it's empty. Would be nice since I have the same things for sale in more than one region.

There is no way to have it automatically in the list as a separate item from what LL already gives you. You can ask for it in the feature request if you'd like, but at this point, there's no real way to do that.

HOWEVER, a work around I've found, but not a lot of people use, is to name the object like this:

<simname> Abba's Marvelous Plywood Box

Then you can sort in Excel by the sim name if you'd like. Some sim names are awfully large, or some items I don't want to have the full sim name on them, so I shorten it:

<sn> Abba's Marvelous Plywood Box

You can also name it with the store name if you have more than one spot in a sim.

<simname:storename> Abba's Marvelous Plywood Box
or
<sn:sn> Abba's Marvelous Plywood Box

That's about the only way to handle it at this point.

Great idea if I had known or thought of that months ago. Now I have so much stuff out there it would take forever to do.
Seems odd they would have a column for it in the excel file.

One of my favorite hair designers uses the <sim name> trick and it sort of drives me nuts because I have like a gajillion hairs and I have to rename the ones that I get from her so that they're all grouped together by her name, as opposed to whatever shop I happened to be in. Just a thought...

Great point, now the idea doesn't look as attractive as it did an hour ago...hehe

I'm just obsessive, I know, but it mattered once I started getting over 40 different hairs in my "long hair" folder alone. It's a good thing hair is modifiable, otherwise I wouldn't be able to rename it at all, and that designer's hairs would never be worn because I wouldn't look for them in the right place. Eventually I would stop shopping there...

But like I said, it might not matter to a lot of people. Or you could put the sim name at the END of the product name, like "Straight black w/bangs - <Shopname/simname>"

Oh wow - just "long hair folder" - I have mine separated by stylist and style, though not by color as most seem to have more than one color . . .I suppose I could move the separate color to a separate folder . . .huh . .

Organized folders? why the heck would I want that? lol
I really need my wife to log in as me and do some "cleaning up" for me but she wont for some reason. I think the thought scares her. It takes like 5 minutes just to find my hair...in SL not RL.
Her inventory is all organized with special folders for everything. I just can never get the energy to take that time when I could be building or scripting something instead.

I used to do just that, until I started really shopping around for lots of different and new designers. Remember the grunge/punk hair I was looking for the other week? I bought 6 different hairs from 6 different designers... that's a lot of folders! So now I have: Long Hair, Updos, Ponytails/Braids, Medium, Short-Short, and Mens. The mens folder has only 2 hairs LOL.

Apologies to Max for derailing... back to the original topic!

hah - my men's folder also has only two styles. I don't have a woman's folder yet, but if I could find a long salt and pepper braid that I could stick a bandana on, I could complete my Willie Nelson look. There isn't one for men, so maybe a female one that I could modify to look right?

At any rate to stay on track here, the simname idea is a good one. If you have a ton of different stores all over the place, so going back and renaming things would be a hassle, just change a couple at a time. It will take longer, but you won't drive yourself crosseyed and while you're doing it, you can start collecting data on the ones that you have changed.

Secondary option, used by many people

Barbie's Hair - Brunette (sim name or code to indicate sim)
