Problems with Group IMs

hi, I have a group setup with the staff of a club I own. Whenever I try to IM the group, I'll either get only 1 of the participants joined or only me. This is odd due to the fact that the rest of the group is online but are not joining into the conference. Has anyone experienced this type of issue?

Yup. I'm one of those people that will read the Group IM, and not join in.

I haven't noticed that exactly, but maybe try opening the group IM from another sim and see if that makes a difference?

I know sometimes when I get the "failed to start group IM session", after half a dozen tries I TP'd to another sim and it worked wonderfully!

Oh! Is the one person who gets messages an officer or owner? I guess first check that your group's everybody role has "join group chat" selected? (Chat options are all the way at the bottom...)

If that's not it, there are a couple Jiras for this which I didn't read but made me think of that... Just search group im there and you'll see a couple "only owner gets group IMs".
