I completely fail at math and sizing and this type of stuff, I need to know what land size I will need for a 50m x 50m x 8 club building. I was thinking maybe 2043 but im not sure

Standard Land Sizes
01-29-2009 20:50
Another resident sent me this very handy information: ----------------------------------------------------------- Land sizes are made up of of 16sqm blocks. So each block size is 4m x 4m x 4m x 4m. ________________________________________________________________ KEY: Parcel Size (prims) --- Parcel Size --- Number of 4m blocks x Number of 4m blocks ________________________________________________________________ 512sqm (117 prims) --- 16mx32m--- 4x8 1024sqm (234 prims) --- 32m x 32m--- 8x8 1536sqm (351 prims)--- 32m x 48m--- 8x12 2048sqm (468 prims) --- 32m x 64m--- 8x16 2560sqm (585 prims) --- 40m x 64m--- 10x16 3072sqm (702 prims) --- 48mx 64m--- 12x16 3584sqm (819 prims) --- 56m x 64m--- 14x16 4096sqm (937 prims) --- 64m x 64m--- 16x16 and so on These are pretty much the standard square/rectangular plot sizes but they can be split up in any way you want. -------------------

Well, yes... the edit land select tool selects a minimum of 4x4 blocks, and this is the same tool that is used to merge and divide land parcels. So, it CAN be divided or merged in any variety of shapes and sizes... L shaped, E shaped, a hole in the middle like a square donut... However, as you might guess, oddball shapes don't sell well... so most land is sold in more or less standard sized rectangles.

You'll need a minimum of a 52x52 m plot, which would be 2704 m2. But as others have said, this is a nonstandard size. You're more likely to find one that's 64x64, or 4096 m2.
