Can anyone give me some advice on finding an "Adult Content" islands with nice store locations with somewhere around 500 prims........I've tried search but I'm just getting a bunch of places that are ugly or don't have the space......are there certain search terms I should use or is there a place lists good store locations?

For that many prims, you will be better off just renting a plot of land. I don't know of any places on Zindra that are operating as empty shopping malls with large stores just waiting to be rented. If they are, nobody is visiting them. Look on the map.
Zindra has "challenges"
Whenever I look, there are but a handful of very popular places and all of those are operating with malls with typically up to 50 prims max per storefront which isn't the same as a "shop with 500 prims".

I know of an adult island, where a 4096 is 4096L, tier is just under 2k a week and has 937 prims. I don't know if this is good or bad haha.

Don't try find a nice spot with the prims you're looking for that's available within the price range you're looking for, you'll not find it. It's always the same story, the cool places that have alot of traffic are always full, and places that are empty and sucky have no traffic. You're best bet is to find a spot that looks nice, or better yet, get your own land, and make it look nice, and then build traffic with classified ads and other tricks to improve your standing in search. What I'm saying is don't look for the high traffic place, make it high traffic yourself.
