Why doesn't the Mini-Map appear on top of the display stack when you turn on the Mini-Map?
It appears behind things.

Are you running version 1.20.8 (88152) or 1.20.8 (88154)?
I kid.... only slightly. In 1.20.8 the void around islands is a translucent blue, so if you are near a corner, about 3/4 of the minimap can look barely there. Beyond that I have no idea. |

Sue, if the ship was sinking, you're the kinda girl that would rather complain over the colour of the life jackets.

Sue, if the ship was sinking, you're the kinda girl that would rather complain over the colour of the life jackets. ![]() It's bothered me for over four years now. Are really already two versions of RC1.20.8? I just upgraded a few minutes ago, is there a new version correcting new showstopper bugs introduced in latest bug fixes? _____________________

I couldn't help but wonder why "6 feet" specificly... ^_^ It's related to dieing and being buried six feet under. Every part of our lives is just rearranging the deck chairs and trying to get the orchestra to play something nice. For more info, see http://www.hbo.com/sixfeetunder . _____________________

My sarcastic post was difficult to FATHOM? Your license to commit internet sarcasm is hereby revoked. Seriously, it's been long established that sarcasm in forums and newsgroups is difficult to pull off, and a common source of communication failures. So don't feel bad if an attempt at humor using sarcasm falls flat, it's a common occurrence. |

My peeve with the mini-map is that the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+M) is too close to that for the quick TP home (Ctrl+Shift+H), and since I use both a lot, mistakes do happen, and I sometimes vanish at inconvenient times.
Yeah, I know, there's an optional warning for TP somewhere I could turn on, but I'd rather not. I'm awkward like that. |
