can't get items into inventory.???

I bought Cel Edmans sft package that has about 200 items, 45 prims + textures and freebies
When I open it I get the first several things, then I get a message saying that the items are coming too fast and there will be a 10 second wait. After the wait I get some more items, but at the end of the move I find that I am missing most of the middle items.
I have tried this several times, with slight variations, but NEVER a full transfer of items.
I IMed Cel and he suggested going to a sandbox which I did, but it didn't help.
How can I change things to get the complete file set moved, please?

I think you can highlight the missing items and drag them to your inventory folder.

maybe u could just drag the missing ones from the contents folder?

the 10sec wait, is just a message delay if i am not mistaken, normally all items would go to your inventory.

notice; items with copy permission would be copied, and transfer items would be moved to your inventory, so it could appear as if some items remainend ?

dragging DOES work - thanks so much. I had tryed highlighted and then presing the copy button but it didn't work. I didn't even think about dragging I come from a highlight world! thanks to all!!
