I can't get the page to load, I either get a blank page or a timeout message.. This has been going on for a fair few hours now. Has anyone managed to get to it lately?

I suspect that firefox was getting sick of crashing every third time I try to reply to something and went into protective mode. Of course, when I got to the AC thread everyone has wandered off  I suppose it gives me a chance to have a look at what I've missed.._____________________

Things that might help deal with the blogs.secondlife.com frequently dismal performance:
1. Delete cookies for secondlife 2. Clear history (or temporary internet files for I.E. users). 3. What else? Given that in my case blogs.secondlife.com is actually causing me to have to restart the computer - once with the off switch, several times now after slowwwwwwly closing programs, sometimes having to use the keyboard to do "File Exit" because all the "X" close windows buttons on all open programs stop working after trying to use blogs.secondlife.com, it's worth the effort to try to come up with a comprehensive list of preventative measures. _____________________

I get that all the time.. What always works is just closing down my browser and re-opening it. I don't have to nuke cookies or anything like that but YMMV.
