When I try to login it seems like its gonna start except it starts in a very small window, and then I get the not responding error. So I cant login to sl at all. any ideas?

Thank god I'm not the only one having this problem! Yea, same ... can't even get into the log-in screen! (stuck on "loading secondlife"  . Dazzle (& the beta) viewer is the only way for me to get on the main grid - but as a designer, it's an unacceptable viewer for creating anything. I have been unsuccessful using the procedures for putting in the complaint. Over 24 hours later, I have yet to have any kind of response from my ticket. Advice from help chat was not helpful. I hope they find a solution soon or AT LEAST compensate those people who are having these technical problems. We should not have to pay for a service that doesn't work. |
