Cannot login

I keep crashing when I log in. I see initialising Quicktime and such, but when it comes to Connecting to region SL crashes: SL screen disappears, and crash logger pops up. I reinstalled SL, but nothing, I tried to login to at least 25 different regions but still the same, I also had a look at my Friends Online list via my account to see where they are and tried to log in at the regions they where in (making sure not to TP in a region that is down).

It is a really bad time for me now to have such difficulties: I have live events going on now. But I always have bad luck here: SL is down or having issues when I am building, having live events, etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can do now?

I have already submited a support ticket.

1. Try a different viewer. Or a reinstall again, but this time, manually delete all the SL stuff you can find, rather than just installing over the current software (there are other posts here on what specifically to delete. As I recall, pretty much anything in SL's temp directory is fair game.)

2. Try logging in with an alt.

No I can't login with my alts either.

But clearing the cache manually seemed to have done the trick. I'm back online now )))
