I am told it is 6 hours long - am I right? According to the knowledge base it's 4 hours. 3 hours of daylight and 1 hour of night. Here's the link: https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/security.asp _____________________
My interest in SL has simply died. Thanks for all the laughs

with windlight you can define it yourself, down to how much of each time and how each time looks.
world>environment settings>advanced sky>daylight cycle. Takes a bit of getting used to but can be fun and beautiful. Dont like normal noon? change it for something softer. _____________________

but in windlight the timesettings is only for your own viewer, not for the people who are with you. in the future private sim-owners wil be able to adjust the daytime for their sim and to ajust the sky's, just like in windlight now
