Laguna nude beach has one.... very tanned... with a goatee I believe.

Good luck with this one. I've never seen a really nice transferable skin. They're too valuable to make transferable. What you can do is contact the seller and ask them to send a skin to the other avatar; you make the payment, then they send the skin. Useful for gifts.
