Yeah, I know this should ~probably~ went into the Feature Suggestion forum, but since it affects teh RezMods most I figured I'd post it here (since this is where they do the most work).
With how the forums get flooded on downtimes with inane posts and such I propose the creation of a "Forum Party" catagory.
Purpose: A place for Residents to come and just chat/goof off/bs while LL fixes the grid. To provide a means to funnel such posts to a place easier controlled by the RezMods and prevent the insanity from corrupting the other catagories.
Scope: Only place on "Active" status during downtimes. At allother times the catagory is "Hidden" easily done with forum tools (I know, I do it on my forum site).
LL could archive the posts (for what reason I have no idea), or just simply make it known that all posts there will be deleted when the grid comes back online. Think of it as a temporary "playpen" where you can place all your children while you work *Grins*
As it is temp, RezModding in it would not need to be much (if any if deleted after the grid comes up). The big plus side is that it ~might~ (I said MIGHT *snickers*) keep the amount if silliness down on the forums and make your jobs as RezMods a heck of a lot easier.
