question: how can i find out a prim count on an object? how can a find a total on my property?
thanks you kindly! nibiru

Right click on the ground and look at Objects
Go to edit mode and highlight everything on the ground (or whatever you would like to find a prim count for)

1) Right click on an item, Edit, open the "More>>" tab if it's not open, and under "Object" you'll see something like "1 object, 7 primitives" below Group.
2) Click on the parcel name top centre of screen; under the "Objects" tab it'll tell you Primitives parcel supports: x and Primitives on parcel: y
Hope that helps.

On any object, right click edit. In the first tab of the edit window it shows the number of objects and prims you have selected. At this point you should have 1 object and however many prims that object contains.
Once in edit mode you can click and drag to highlight everything in an area (draw a box around it) or hold shift and click each seperate item you want to include in a group.

To tell how many prims are in one object, right click and choose edit from the pie menu. then in the window that pops up you will have a few things that say the name of the item and the creators etc. Under this it will say 1 Object, X Primatives X is the number of prims in the object. To find out how many prim on the land, click on the region name at the top of the screen, next to your help menus etc. Click on the objects tab and it will give you the details

You might consider using the Linden made trees/plants from your library folder in your inventory. They are only 1 prim each and react to the wind, etc pretty realisticaly.
