is the monthly charge calcualted and due from the date of your order or when the island actually comes on line or is there a place on the web site that tells you when your island payments are do

i can see this getting confusing for the large estate owners if not on line some where

Depends on who you're getting it from. I mean in the private sector.

The charge depends on the delivery day, and in the "Your island was delivered" mail they will tell you the exact day.

Dragger, you should be billed on the same day of the month that you got your island delivered, not when you ordered it. They usually send an email to you on that day, and tell you what the billing date is. But I'm not sure they still do it the same way they used to.

Anyway, just have the $295 in your account, and you'll see it magically disappear about 30 days after your island is delivered. After that, if you need reminding, just look at your account history, and you'll see the billing transaction there.

thank you much i know when i got it just wanted to order a void sim now and want it to come about the same time as the regualr island paymnet so this helps on ording times

Hehe, my partner ordered one of those new gems just 30 minutes ago. I'm kinda afraid that there is a big run on them, so delivery might take longer than usual.

Now, I have no idea whether a separate island just gets lumped into the same billing date as the first one (especially if it's in the same estate, which a void sim should be, I assume), or gets its own date. So don't go by my answer for that, because I only own 1 island.
