Billing now being in the UK...do ya think they are gona charge everyone VAT...we get a charge because billing is in the UK now...so ya think they will just add that to the soup?

Nope, LL is still a US based company. Just because they have an office somewhere else does not mean that they have to charge the tax rate of that country.
