cannot access SL |

I tried getting onto SL this evening after a power failure and I am being told that SL cannot be accessed from this computer. Tried deleting and reloading and rebooting but it did not help. Any suggestions?

Reboot your router or modem, or turn it off and back on. When it came back on from the power outage, it may have been assigned an IP address of someone who was very bad and was IP banned from SL.

rebooting the modem did not help. Funny thing is I can still log on with my other computer. It seems to just have shut this one computer out.

I'd wait a day and see if it clears up, since you restarted the modem and routers that attach to the comp. *shrugs* It's SL, where buggy as heck means "resolved."
