Ive been looking into modelling again...took some time out to get my resorts up and running....now they are all ok...i thought id get back into it. (I did model for jewelery and clothing in the past and was quite busy, but i sorta fell ito those by happy accident, guess i was lucky )
Ive noticed though a whole new load of *agencies* have sprung up since I last became involved. Some want cash to *train* you, sme want cash to *join their group and get notices of events & castings* some just want to sell you a board to advertise from... I dont know which is best to pursue.
I had a new portfolio made up (kudos to cheri parker...FANTASTIC photographer) She gave great advice on new things that are available..new looks etc..(she also models ) but after slepping about for 7 hours...Ive not found much at all in the way of information..apart from how to spend MORE money on becoming a *model*...(and good LORD ive already spent a fortune on new skins, hair and lashes etc )
Any pointers to good groups or sources of information would be GREATLY appreciated.
Fai xx

Faithless, I've worked closely with both Metro Models and Instyle. Both seem very professional and reputable to me. I know that there are MANY others out there that I've missed and are wonderful. I don't know how they go about training, if they charge, etc etc and oh darn there's one other one whose name escapes me. Anyway, I'd talk to some of the actual models and ask how THEY feel about their experiences...

Talk to Zarah Dawn at Adorned. She's currently doing model training at no charge. She's modeled in SL for the past 4 years and she's well experienced and an excellent teacher.
