Video Media Sound comes in very choppy.

Only Video Media Streams, never music streams.

A couple of months ago, this used to never be the case, but now when I click play on the media, the game freezes for 4-10 seconds and it plays very choppy for about 4 seconds and then just completely stops.

And for clarification once again, it's not the picture that's choppy, it's sound. If there is a known way to fix this please post here, thanks!

Live Concert's are played on Music Streams, not Video media streams.
