Where are some shops with really frilly and feminine outfits, like a Bo Peep outfit for example? Something really girly!

I'm looking for quality things!

try a costume shop.

also, type "Bo Peep" (or whatever) in search and likely several hits will come up.

LOL - might want to change the title of your thread to "Frilly" rather than "Filly"... a filly is a young female horse. Just sayin...

At any rate, there are thousands of frilly/feminine shops out there. Are you thinking of a Victorian era type outfit?

I did that, the results were not what I wanted.

Try searching on "costumes" and make sure you have the "mature" option checked. Most of the cuter costume stores do have some racy stuff, so they label themselves as "mature."

Amongst other places, try http://slurl.com/secondlife/LicoLico/191/79/21

And look for EGL fashions

I will check out the suggested shops, thanks guys!

Oh, and any suggestions for purses that hang off the shoulder rather than the hand.

They aren't like Bo-Peep costumes, but for feminine dresses, I like Icing a lot.
