Gesture Hot Keys

Hi..I created a couple new chat gestures to turn my AO on and off and assigned it to a hot key sequence. Fairly simple stuff like 'chat: /5 ao on' and 'chat: /5 ao off', my AO responding on channel 5 it works OK when I issue that command in chat myself.

I assigned it to a hot key, but neither one work when I press the appropriate hot key sequence. They work when I hit the 'preview' button in the editor, and they work with the '/aon' and '/aoff' commands in chat that I assigned in the gesture editor (but other than saving a few keystrokes, what's the point? I want it done quickly in ONE F-key stroke!) I was sure to check each gesture to make sure it was 'active' in my inventory.

Is there a problem with the viewer reading/using hot keys?

This is kind of querky and I have seen this before. You have to save the gesture, close the window, deactivate it by right clicking in inventory and the activate it again.

If you are using new RC viewer it has a Gesture Glitch and Hot keys don't always work...

Try the standard Viewer and see what happens...
