That's actually an incredibly good article on the topic of Furries. I'm rather amazed that a mainstream press outlet got it as right as they did.

Pep's right though about "yiff". They got that somewhat wrong. Furry porn is not "Yiff", per se. Furry porn is a depiction of "yiff". Yiff is the act itself (or roleplaying that you're doing it), not the pictures.

Here's something else amazing about RL Furries. Check out this site that sells state-of-the-art Fursuits, with a level of realism that puts Hollywood special effects departments to shame.

The first time I heard the term "Furries" was when I joined SL and had no earthly idea what they were. My partner actually began life as a furry and has a background knowledge based on collecting comic books, etc.

He explained it to me and then pointed me to a website very similar to the one in the OP.
