Can't Buy Money?

Okay, so I put the credit card infromation and what not, I log onto SL, I click the little "Buy Moeny" thing (Pretty much I clicked the $L thing next thingy and tried to buy it that way. I waited 15 minutes, blah blah blah, and after an hour the thing still says "update pending" I'm about to re-enter it but what do I do if it doesn't work?

Maybe try and call Billing
The phone numbers are under Help on the website.
This is just the kind of question they’re trained to answer.
Believe me … .they want you to buy $Ls ;)

If you're brand new to SL...it may be that it takes LL a couple days to verify the authenticity of your account. I know there is a limit as to how much you can buy for the first 2 weeks or something (it's been a while for me....I wish they DID limit me sometimes lol) But, that said.....definitely call billing and double check. Also, look under your account info on the web site and see if it shows your billing details....or if it says 'pending' there. If it says 'pending' on the account web page......then something is holding up the process and ya need to check with LL.

I'm not sure about in-world L$ buys, but when I tried to change cards and used "Increase Credit" a few times in a row to no avail I got an IM from a billing Linden a few minutes later asking if I needed any help.

That happened a second time a few weeks later too although in that case I reached my limit... (bad stores enticing me to shop so much :p) so there wasn't much she could do about it.
