Help - Deed to Group

Something weird (to me) is happening. I have a house that I have built, on my group land and cannot seem to Deed it to the group, the option is greyed out.

Anyone know why this might be happening????

And to make matters worse, I set the House to the group, then turned on auto return on the land. And the house was retorend to my inventory .. although I am member (and owner) of the group. Why was that????

All I can do is offer you a few things to check...

You say you built the house. Did you use any no transfer textures in it, or maybe some scripts that were no transfer? If you look at the house in edit mode are all 3 permissions boxes open for you to check?

As for setting to group and having it autoreturn. is it possible you were wearing the wrong group tag when you did this?

Seems that there was soemthing there ... when I re-rezzed suddenly the options were there again.

activate your group title when rezzing.
its easier than deeding all the objects you rez.
