group access to land

I know how to make a parcel only accessible to one group. But is there any way that it can be made accessible to only two groups? (Other than adding individuals from the second group by each AV's name.) Thanks.

Short answer is no. You either have to do as you said, or use a scripted device but again that would involve either it scanning for the 'land group' or using an access list of individual names.

You could of course make a third group and add members of both other groups to that new group and use THAT as the land group, thus keeping each of the original 2 groups separate.
