I use the RC client and had it pretty cherried out, no infernal shutter clicking, a decent draw distance, no wind howling etc... I thought I'd try the beta client and go to mono so I could test skins without the upload toll :  igh:: Back in the RC all my settings were wiped to newbie, argg... that infernal clacking when you are typing is back, is that in debug somewhere, I can't find it again... help! |

Yeah, I have gotten to where I take a backup of all my SL related directories before installing any new versions -- any/all install directories under Program Files and everything under Application Data.
/me just has little trust of things anymore
