Employment & Business Questions

I have been thinking a lot about these questions.
I would like the residents opinion or answers about this,
Often I see these people advertising for employment or business services who don't seem to have been around for any length of time.
They often come off sounding very professional, want references,etc.
Yet I have never heard of them.
They are unknowns
They say they have real life jobs here in world.
Have you ever used these services?
What was your experience with them?
Are these people scamming others?
Is there some hidden catch?
Are there actual Residents who do this with proven track record and success?
If you're successful now as business owner would you require if you were going to take on new artist for project?
How did you account for your success?
How would new artist start in this current market get known?
How as successful business owner, artist or content maker deal with customer demands, managing business, advertising, theft, ethics and also have enough unique contact that is always available and time to create?
How do you balance this and your time?
How much out of your pocket do have to spend before you were successful?
What skills did you have originally to bring to your business?
When do you think someone should start business i.e when they have enough
contacts, skills, how high quality or unique does the content need to be?
Do they need a whole lot of high quality content?
How would new designer get noticed now?
These are the things I have been thinking of.
Issue for me is I want to create content, yet not sure if I am good enough and while friends are always saying I should sell more, I can't seem to attract people to buy anything or I am thinking I don't have good enough high quality content yet.
Then there is the balancing act of having a real life, a second life with friends, creating and fun and not sure how to do all of that.
