Hey  (my comma button doesnt work hense the -s) can someone help - i cant log on - when i get to connecting to region i crash - just a basic crash message - i have reinstalled (3times) - tried loggin onto a new region - system resored till the day before - changed my password - cleared cache - and reported it to support - which i have to say is so bloody frustrating - just as i logged off i crashed - any suggestions ? T x |

Did you delete your SL Application data folder? Sometimes bad data ends up in there and uninstalling doesn't remove the folder, so you have to do it manually.

Did you delete the folder at C:\Documents and Settings\"User Name"\Application Data\SecondLife? Sometimes bad data winds up in there and uninstalling doesn't remove the folder, so you have to do it manually.

Have you tried login into a different location? There have been many sims offline since the restarts yesterday.
