Don't know about "nothing" ... but something's still strange.
I can move just fine, but when I just went to a sim to check a parcel for sale, I couldn't TP out. I flew to the neighbouring sim, and from there I could TP off.
Weird.

If your inworld L$ balance shows "Loading…", please relog to see if it will load. As long the L$ balance is not showing correctly, nothing can work.
